Procurement management unit
i. Advise the management on matters pertaining to the procurement of goods and services and logistics management;
ii. Ensure that the Commission adhere to procurement processes and procedures as per Public Procurement Act;
iii. Operationalize and monitor an annual procurement plan for the Commission;
iv. Procure, maintains and manages supplies, materials, and services to support the logistical requirements of the Commission;
v. Ensure proper handling and storage, adequate and timely distribution of office supplies and materials;
vi. Maintain and update inventory of goods, supplies and materials; and vii. Provide a Secretariat service to the Tender Board as per Public Procurement Act.
